Bike is stolen including the cable lock, back brake & front brake are switched (Europe style), so most probably the thief will go to a bike store to adjust it. It is parked at the rack exactly in front of the Arena District Bike Patrol Office. It is stolen exactly between 1 Pm to 3 PM on Sep 13-2017
