Bicycle was in a Gated complex, in an underground, secured, multifamily parking garage bike locker. Secured with OnGuard thick cable lock. Lock was tampered with on both ends, the plastic housing peeled off as thieves attempted to find best cutting spot. Some damage showing attempts to cut is on the cable, until the thief found a good saw or cutter to make the cut.
