Taken from bike rack close to Champions Square parking building between 8:30 AM to 12 noon, 9/5/17. Combination chain lock - cut? Report has been filed with building security, they are looking into possible video, although it's not a good angle. Bike just had work done on it at the Bike Works on previous SATURDAY
