Description of incident
Used a decoy after bike was unlocked and rode in toward the interstate. Bike has a Mongoose seat and off white tire lights. Had a Porter Cable Bluetooth radio on it. The Ozone logo on the front pist is gone. Cant find the serial number. The pokice were very reluctant with no serial number.
