Description of incident
Bike was parked outside company burger in CBD. At corner of S. Rampart and Girod. Lock was cut sometime in the early afternoon. The frame is a Maroon Peugeot from the 80s with yellow and orange details. It has straight aluminum handle bars with black grips, fenders on both wheels, and a black seat.
