Bike rack was unscrewed from the ground. The thief was able to push the lock through it. **THE THIEF MAY HAVE SPRAY PAINTED THE BIKE** If found please return to the Markham Apartments Leasing Office. The bike also has a rack attached to the back. This is not shown in the photo.
