Description of incident
The Bike is a black w/ red/white stripes, XL, Specialized Allez Sport, 53.2x58 cm carbon frame, ID number EN14781, originally purchased from Vans Bicycles, 622 Gray Ave., Yuba City, CA. The bike was given to me in 2013 as a gift from the original buyer/owner. I have one of my business cards stuffed into one of the handlebar tubes; red grip tape; rims are 700mm Alexrims S500; tires are Gatorskin brand; I also have a wireless Cateye bike computer on the bike. Bike was locked with with a black/silver Kryptonite thick cable 4-number combination lock. Bike was locked outside of Marrs McLean Science building (school building of Baylor University) while owner was testing all day. Upon leaving the building around 4-4:30pm, bike and lock were gone. Tire marks in the gravel suggest walking/dragging it away instead of riding.
