Spray-painted light blue plastic bottle cage. Quick remove back fender with light blue line spray-painted down the back.

Someone stole my covered and locked bike from back deck in the middle of the night. Individual contacted me claiming to have been sold this bike (wanting the reward). I gave police officer a serial number off by one number. Portland Police Officer failed to investigate. Bike never located.
