It was less than a month old, so it didn't have any distinguishing features or stickers yet, but it did have a black strap on the handlebar where I would attach my headlight. A brown basket supplied by Raleigh was attached to the left side of the bike, where it chipped the white paint slightly.

Around 9 am I was sent outside to sweep the perimeter of Starbucks on White Lane and Hughes, where I work. I passed by where my bike was locked with a U-lock and it was still there, intact. Around 9:30 am I was at the register and noticed that a man kept coming into the store, displaying erratic behavior, and exiting again. This happened two or three times, until I eventually was moved to a different position where I didn't have time to focus on people walking into the store, because it's a fast-paced job. I left the building around 10:30 am and walked to the bike ramp to ride home, but the bike was gone. The u-lock was still there so I suspect the thief had to have disassembled some parts to get it off.
