male entered a community garage riding a older(?) white specialized bike, rode up to bike storage, clipped lock with bolt cutters and rode away through Swiss avenue district towards Deep Ellum via Malcom X blvd. Male was wearing beanie hat, black shirt, jeans with red belt/silver metal accents, chuck shoes, underarmor elbow compression sleeves, black backpack with a red tag on each side of pack that reads 'EUSTACE'. Videos of theft and suspect are available through me or Detective Hopkins-DPD.
