The bike was locked right at the front door of the SLC Main Library on 200 East. Someone came and cut the lock to a pretty heavy duty bike cable lock. This bike is a custom made. It has a red, white, and blue theme. Handle Grips are red with white stars. Blue pad on top bar. Blue custom wheels. Can't miss it.
