Description of incident
Locked bike to bike rack with cable locks in the afternoon. Couldn't make it back until next morning, bike was gone. Light blue Bianchi women's road bike, dark blue handlebar tape, dark blue cable lock, black bell, shimano gear display, red light at rear, 12 written on underside of seat.
