Bike was securely locked up in the Target Bike rack. I locked up the bike and was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the bike was gone. I asked Target security for camera footage they found it and said they have a video of it and show a man cutting the lock and taking it, but would not share that with us or let us see it. We filed a police report.
