Theft occurred at 1:10 PM on June 17th at Holyrood elementary school bike racks on 79st in edmonton. Lock was cut during a down pour. See attached photos of the theft and bike. Description of bike thief: Dark skinned male Black track pants with white and black leg stripe Grey and black bench jacket Black brimmed hat Brown boots with red laces Electric cable cutter (sparks and smoke visible in video) 5’10” to 6’ tall Slender build
