The Vefreedom Cityrang 4.0 is a step-through fat-tire electric bicycle designed for commuting, cargo hauling, and recreational riding. It features 20" x 4" fat tires, a 48V removable battery, a rear hub motor, front suspension, front and rear disc brakes, a rear cargo rack, integrated headlight and taillight, and a 7-speed drivetrain. The bike has a silver/gray frame with black components and is commonly sold under the Vefreedom, EUY, Velectrec, and Saskie brand names. My 2024 Sasikeibike / EUY Vefreedom Cityrang 4.0 e-bike was stolen at a Safeway in (6901 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97213) on June 16, 2026 at around 7:30-8:00pm The bike is Grew/Black with 20x4 Ultraverse fat tires and was used for food delivery. It had several aftermarket upgrades and accessories, including upgraded brakes (Red Zoom hydraulic disc brake calipers), a rear cargo rack with inside basket, an Insulated food delivery bag, phone mount, a small extra hailong battery. The theft happened on June 16 and reported to Portland Police under report number 26-175130. If anyone sees this bike being ridden, offered for sale, or listed on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, or elsewhere, please contact Portland Police and Bike Index immediately.
