I parked in the middle of the Alderwood Mall parking lot to grab lunch around noon on a bright sunny day. I had two bikes locked with a cable to my Kuat Sherpa trailer hitch rack. When I got back from lunch, I immediately noticed the cable lock and bike rack tire straps had been cut and one of my bikes (navy blue Specialized Diverge E5) was stolen.
