On May 20, 2026, at approximately 6:30 PM, I secured my bicycle at my designated parking space inside the underground garage. The bike was locked with a dedicated bicycle lock to a thick metal chain that is anchored to a concrete pillar. On May 21, 2026, at around 5:00 PM, I discovered that the bicycle was missing. The thick metal chain had been cut through, and the bicycle was stolen.
