Bicycle was locked in a publicly accessible bike rack in a courtyard of the Palisade Gardens Condo community. At some point after Saturday, May 16, but before 8 AM on Monday, May 18, the bike was stolen from the bike rack. The bike lock was still attached to the bike rack, and whoever removed the bike detached the bike from the bike trailer which was attached to it.
