stolen PhantomGOGO e-Scooter

My electric scooter was locked to a bike rack outside of the Conrad Prebys Music Center tied to the rack with a chain lock and digitally locked from the provided app of the scooter. However, the chain lock was intact and left it behind, which under assumption, the person must have somehow slipped the scooter out through one of the ends to free it. It took place was in front of the building, facing the Gilman Parking Structure.
