Subaru with license plate “DRS-X71” or “PRS-Z71” drove down alley and used a device to open our garage (maybe a universal garage door opener). Two men, with light skin, wearing dark hoodies, one with the word “Fremont” and a logo in white, walked behind the Subaru and entered our garage and drove off. The blue Lectric bike had an orange Thule Yelp Child bike seat on the back and the white Lectric bike had a blue Thule Chariot, double seat, bike trailer attached to it.
