Taken at Arbour Lake School bike rack in Calgary, Ab. Video from school shows an adult white male riding off with the bike at 1:45pm on May 15. Bike has a rack on the back with a black Phil and Ted Stroller bag on the left side. Handle bars are very long. It has a Two Wheel View sticker on the bar.
