Mid to late 50s white male with black sleeping back took bike off bike rack at approximately 7:30am December 2, 2014 and walked off with bike after a short inspection. He was wearing a dark green sweater with black shoulders, tan pants, and running shoes with white soles and blue/black accents. Short hair, slightly balding with a widow's peak.
