My belectric scooter (VMAX VX2 PRO LT) was locked to a bike rack in front of the lobby of my apartment complex. When I
returned, the property was missing. The suspect appears to have removed or detached the bike rack and tile/base from the floor in order to steal the e-scooter. The rack had been physically attached to the ground. Theft occurred from the front lobby
entrance area.
