Ebike was locked up on handicap pole in front of Smiths store due to no bike rack, came back out within 20 minutes of shopping and ebike was gone. Employee witnessing a 6ft, approx 170lbs male adult individual dress in all black took off with it heading southbound of the property parking lot.
