stolen 2004 Giant OCR 3

My GIANT OCR 3 road bike was in my shared apartments foyer, it wasn’t locked up since there was no place to attach it to but someone came in and stole it. I'm guessing one of my roommates didn't fully close the door and then someone took the opportunity to steal it. The Burlington stolen bike recovery group reached out to me and noticed that someone named Conrad Duncan was riding it on Church St. After googling his name for Burlington he doesn’t seem like a nice fella. It use to have a milk crate on the back but he must’ve taken it off. But the black metal rack that it sat on is still on the back tire. The pedals have the rubber that hooks over your feet taken off. And something else not really distinct but that I can remember about it that was special was the rubber from the handles were starting to peel off. I sadly don't have a serial number, honestly didn't even know bikes had those. My father bought it off of Facebook marketplace back in CT for 400$.
