stolen Diamondback Apex

Older apex diamond back, just got an upgraded seatpost and seat, new back rack, with a small topeak quick track rx bag attached to it. There is an old makeshift bar end shifter my friend put on for the back gears, and it only stays in one gear as the front derailer isnt attached yet (was my friends gravel bike project that he sold to me a few years ago) there is a smooth tire on the back
