Additional itemsI added, but could have been removed. Phone holder on right handle bar. Thousand brand brass dome bell on left handlebar. Intekin brand U-lock attached to the back wheel frame. Bike was stolen out of my basement, hence why the lock wasn't in use - that break-in has been reported to the police. I don't know the serial number or model year because I bought it second-hand and didn't know to look for/document that info.

Bike wasn't locked up as it was in the basement of the building I live in when it was stolen. The break in was reported to police by my landlord but I'm not sure there was an official police report number. I will update that once I've heard back from my landlord if he has one.
