I was doing homework at a café and I locked my bike on the side of the building. When I came back the bike was gone and pieces of the bike lock were on the ground. Some else in the café stated that they saw, across yhe street from their car, an older tall gentleman who appeared homeless damaging the bike lock and then rode away with the bike.
