Description of incident
Bike locked to piping at back door entry to Magpie & Stump staff entry. It is a foot Alley off a service alley and usually only Eddie Burger and Magpie staff use the area in the PM as it is where the bins are and people smoke there. In the day time, delivery drivers will pull pallets into the area and waste management will access the bins. The area is not used by the common public but it can be accessed. Bike was locked 1m away from the the entrance door to the kitchen and staff are usually in the alley every 45-60mins but no one saw someone suspicious.
