Description of incident
Bike was locked on campus at a covered, outdoor set of locks. I had two bikes locked up with a U lock and cable, which I hadn't checked in on for a while. When I walked past about 3 days after I think I remember last seeing it, the u lock was completely off the bike lock (rack thing) and the cable was cut. One of the bikes is non functional and was left there, while the Giant Talon 2 was stolen.

Frame and fork

Fork
Coil fork, missing cap on riders left. Alloy steerer. XCT30 HLO 29, 100mm coil spring (SR Suntour)

Drivetrain and brakes

Shifter
Standard manufacturer default. I had moved them around a bit, so there should be marks from the old location on the handlebars. M315 (Shimano)
Derailleur
Default rear derailleur. Advent 1X9 speed with clutch (MicroShift)
Brake
Hydraulic disk brakes, front is 180mm, rear is 160mm. TKD143, hydraulic (Tektro)
Pedals
Standard black platform pedals. Pins are slightly rusted. Chesters (RaceFace)

Additional parts

Seatpost
Dropper post, changed from the default post it comes with. Not sure what it is.
Saddle
Manufacturer default saddle. I believe it still has a timberline bike park pass on the underside. Sport Custom (Giant)
Valve Cap
Blue metal valve caps on presta valves, features a valve core remover tool. Juicy Nipple Valve Cap (Granite Design)
Kickstand
No kickstand present. There was a kickstand which had been cross-threaded. Bike shop took it off with an angle grinder, leaving part of the bolt still in.
