My Lectric Xp 2.0 Ebike Was Stolen 6 am on Sunday morning. The bike has no keys so they cannot turn it on or use the lock. It is over 70 pounds so it is very likely outside and covered up. I have the name and face of the guy who stole it. He was followed to the Northwest Philadelphia area near La Salle University, Awbury Arboretum, etc.
