Description of incident
Incident caught on video by 8th and Wake apartment security camera at 2:27 am on Sunday, December 7th. Older man (khaki pants, black adidas hoodie, black hat, and mask) and young woman (long hair, black Santa Cruz hoodie, orange beanie, and jeans) walk to bike park area and look at various bikes before selecting mine. Man cuts metal U lock (appears to use a metal saw as cutting creates sparks), then woman takes bike and bikes off with it. Front office which provided the video says other footage angle shows man walking into apartment complex across the street.
