Frame was bought new as a frameset in 1983. Distinctive Frame Features: Slightly sloping top tube to allow 19 inch seat tube (unusual for a bicycle of this era), Reynolds 531 frame and fork, Champaign Cycle shop sticker on downtube below front derailleur. Braze-ons: Top tube braze ons for rear brake cable housing, Downtube water bottle braze-on, Derailleur cable guides above bottom bracket. Many components were of the early 1980s vintage.

Description of incident
Owner stepped into a porta potty after completing the Turkey Trot shortly after 11:30 AM on 11/27//2025. Owner believed the risk of theft was low because only a few people were using the porta potties at the time. Owner left the bicycle unattended for an estimated 30 seconds. Owner stepped out of the porta potty to discover the bicycle had be stolen. Owner does not know who stole the bicycle. Owner knows of no suspects.
