stolen Specialized

From the MNP Community Center admin: A member reported her bike solen from the outside North entrance bike rack (a black bike with front/rear fenders; brand name Specialized written in green lettering on the frame). After reviewing the security footage, I noticed that Oxana arrived at 8:51 am to lock up her bike using the bike rack just outside the North entrance. Incidentally (or possibly not), the suspect who stole her bike was seen entering through the North entrance literally a minute before Oxana locked up her bike (perhaps he saw Oxana lock up her bike before entering). This took place at around 8:51 am this morning. The suspect, who is described as a male with light-to-medium-brown skin color, wearing a dark green winter jacket with a bright orange hood, black toque, light blue jeans, white Nike shoes, a navy grey/blue backpack, and a dark handbag with white stripes, was seen entering the facility around this time and headed straight to Good Earth (did not enter through CSD at all). He was observed buying a coffee from Good Earth. The suspect was hanging around the café area beside Good Earth for a few minutes. After some time, the suspect left the area and disappeared from the frame/security cameras (presumably entering into the male main level washroom beside CSD). After a few minutes, he then proceeded out through the North entrance. The suspect can be seen leaving the North entrance at 9:17 am and proceeding directly towards Oxana’s bike. At approximately 9:25 am, the suspect can be seen leaving with Oxana’s bike. Oxana reported her bike missing to us at about 10:30 – 10:45 am. I mentioned to her to report this incident to the police so that she is able to file a report.
