parked Scott bicycle on Stephen Ave walking area at a bike rack/parking area outside of 301 8 Avenue Southwest, CALGARY, AB (across from Simons dept store). Bicycle was locked using a heavy combination lock at (or around) 11:30 AM. witnessed that it was gone at (or around) 12:30 PM. Could not find any nearby CPS officers.. but, reported to mall security.
