Bike was stolen without the 2 batteries and without the keys. The bike was locked around a concrete post in an underground gated parking structure. The suspects possibly drove straight in through a stuck open parking gate previously tampered with. Grey kia on scene before theft WA plate C79135W and seen in video. The suspects were also seen the day before and were run out of the building by management, who has them on camera both days.
