Locked bike and helmet on racks provided outside of 52nd street SEPTA station entrance on the SE corner of Market and 52nd Street. Bike was locked at 7:40am and it was gone by the time I got back from work at 3:50pm. Stolen in broad daylight. There must have been dozens of people that watched the thief cut my lock with a grinder...
