Thief broke into the front door of the building at 3:50 AM proceded to the parking lot, one of the links in the Kryptonite chain was cut, he left the chain on the floor, 7 minutes total in and out. on the way out opened the parking lot door, then he rolled away. rad runner bicycle , battery was on off/Lock mode he did not manage to turn it on. but he did bike away with it. All caught on camera, second time he robs in our building in 2 months.
