stolen 2022 Cannondale Quick 5

I got off the BART at the Hayward station, and proceeded to the downtown area, as I was interested in checking out the farmer's market & militaria show happening in the area. I locked my bike up at the Hayward Public Library, on the Mission Blvd sidewalk bike racks (intersection with c street), right outside the entrance of the library & Zocalo Coffee. I locked the bike up a little after 9 and came back a little before 12:30, and the bike was gone. Very possible that the incident was captured on security camera.
