stolen Rad Power Bikes Rover

I parked my ebike at a bike rack outside Fresh Flour coffee shop at 8th and Republican and locked it with a U lock at 4:30pm. I went inside to order a coffee, and when I came out my bike was gone with the cut U lock sitting on the ground. I was inside no more than 5 minutes. No one else sitting outside said they saw anything when I asked. I walked around several blocks to see if I could see anything, but did not find it.
