stolen 2025 PHILODO T1 Step-Thru Utility Electric Bike

I opened my garage at 0658 to leave and left the garage door open for my husband to leave. He walked out around 0715 to leave and noticed the bike was gone. He noticed an abandoned electric scooter at the end of our driveway that was not there when I left. We still have the key to the bike and the battery was not full. He rode around looking for the bike with no luck. We have a Ring camera but the incident was not caught on camera. The 19555 Metro Transit station is in front of our house. A police report was filed. The bikes are new as of this month and we only have the serial number for the other bike (not stolen). There is a black basket on the front and a locked U-lock to the bracket above the back tire (we also have the key to that one). The bike was not locked inside the garage. The attached helmet was left.
