Sometime between 5PM on 9/22 and 8AM on 9/23, my electric bicycle was stolen from the main bike room in 1123 24th ave apartment building. It was locked up with two different locks. One chain lock was cut and it was left behind with the one broken chain link. To get around the other lock , the metal bike rack to which it was locked up was cut, and i believe the bicycle was taken with the second lock (Litelok brand) still locked around the frame and wheel. There are signs of forced entry at the bike entry door midway up the ramp from the Building B lobby. I have pictures of the broken lock, broken bike rack, and damaged door taken on the morning of 9/23 when I found out the bike was stolen. It seems this was done in a very targeted and professional manner, the cuts on the bike lock chain and bike rack are very clean, likely with some kind of angle grinder tool, with the bicycle taken overnight on a monday night.
