I walked out this morning to go to my bike, (by the bike racks on the east side of Williams Village East) only to find my U-lock hanging on the bike rack with my bike missing. The ebike has a missing pedal, the crank where the right pedal should be is stripped, and is black. It has a basket and a slot to slide in a battery, but no battery.
