Bike was locked using a thick cable lock to sidewalk bike rack for about 5 minutes while I was shopping inside Target in the Hollywood Galaxy shopping center at the corner of Hollywood Blvd/Sycamore Ave. When I came back out, I found my lock cut on the ground and the bike missing. The plastic coating was melted on the ends. A witness said he saw two men get on the bike, one sitting on the saddle and the other on the back rack/basket, and ride away heading west on Hollywood Blvd. Last seen: 9/22/25, 3:40pm, 7021 Hollywood Blvd
