Bike was turned off and key was on me. I was taking a picture of the beach and had my back turned for 2-3 min and someone was able to roll my bike away. I was at mission beach strand/boardwalk right in front of the address: 3275 Ocean Front Walk San Diego, Ca 92109. Police report was filed.
