Thief rode up on a different stolen bike (we found it left behind with a clipped lock). Clipped the lock on my bike and rode away on it. The bike has a metal front and rear basket from Lectric and a back black fender but no front fender. Constitution Marina sticker on back near seat. Pictures of thief on security cameras included.
