stolen 2017 Specialized Diamond Frame

On 8/30/25 I locked my Specialized bicycle (serial #WSBC602043720M) with a wire bike lock and a U-lock on the bike stand outside the Century 16 movie theater at roughly 1:15 p.m. When the movie ended at about 3:30 p.m., I exited the theater and discovered my bike and bike lock were gone. A friend's bike that had also been locked to the rack was still there, with its chain lock. A bystander reported to me that he had been sitting near the bike rack for about 30 minutes and had seen no one near it.
