stolen Specialized Rockhopper

I last used my bike on 27th August 2025 around 4 pm for a quick ride and returned to the parking lot after visiting NOFRILLS for groceries around 4:30 pm. I locked the bike with a chain at the bike parking area located at parking lot 1 (P1). This bike parking area is right beside the shutter / gate leading to Parking lot 2 (P2). Then upon checking on 28th August 2025 evening around 9 pm, I found that the bike was stolen and I immediately reported this incident to the security at the front desk. All I found at the place the bike was parked was the broken chain used to lock the bike and the broken chain link. Also, please note, the bike did not have a seat, as I always take it off the bike while locking it, however, the bike was still stolen without the seat.
