Being approximately 9 PM, I arrive at the Smartfit Condesa gym on my Specialized brand bike model ROCKHOPPER EXPERT 27.5 OAKGRNMET/METWHTSIL size M in green with N.º series: wsbc026057946t, when I arrive, I ask the cartaker Casiano Contreras Urbano if it is safe to leave it in the place for bicycles that they have in place, answering that yes, that he would take care of it, once he answers me that, I decide to leave it with its U padlock as safety; after being about an hour inside the gym, when leaving I realized that my bike is not where I left it and I asked the security guard named Casiano Contreras Urbano where my bike was, to which he replied that he did not know and that it had been stolen, I went to the rack where I left it and there was only part of the U insurance. Neither the security guard nor the place were responsible for the theft, the Smartfit gym did not fix position and the car caretaker only comments that he was distracted and that he can't do anything.
