stolen 2010 Specialized Secteur Elite

Bike was locked in front of the yoga studio on S 1st Street. When I returned to the bike after approximately 80-90 minutes, the bike was gone and the clipped lock was on the ground where the bike had been. Bike is a 2010 Women's Specialized Secteur Elite - mostly black with some silver on the main frame and forks. An after market speedometer was installed which tracks speed, distance, cadence, etc. A man at the yoga studio mentioned he saw a suspicious looking man wandering the street not too long before the incident. All the information he had was that the man had short hair and was of mixed race.
